PMAs, Support & Training

Spitz employs a full-time service department of experienced customer support, training and field service representatives. Our staff travels worldwide to install and service SciDome fulldome planetariums and other Spitz systems. Our service representatives work closely with customers to assist in regular operation of their systems, and provide training in all aspects of Spitz equipment use, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Spitz offers System Protection Plan (SPP) for SciDome, as well as Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMA) for opto-mechanical planetarium systems. We maintain an extensive, computerized inventory of spare parts and assemblies for every Spitz system. Over 200 planetariums worldwide currently take advantage of SPP and PMA programs.
