PMAs, Support & Training

Spitz employs a full-time service department of 17 experienced customer support/field service representatives. Our staff travels worldwide to install and service Spitz planetariums, video display systems and other Spitz systems. Our service representatives work closely with customers to assist in regular operation of their systems, and provide training in all aspects of Spitz equipment use, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Spitz offers optional Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMA) for theater systems, and maintains an extensive computerized inventory of spare parts and assemblies for every Spitz system.
