for Spitz Opto-Mechanical SystemsKeep your Spitz opto-mechanical planetarium projector and related Spitz-provided equipment performing optimally with a Spitz Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA).
With a PMA, a skilled Spitz technician will visit your site each year to evaluate and tune up your equipment. This maintenance visit includes a complete system cleaning, adjustment and alignment of all functions, and repair or replacement of any failing components.
The PMA also includes guaranteed, timely shipping of replacement components when needed, throughout the year.
What’s Included
- One preventative maintenance visit per year, performed by a skilled Spitz technician.
- Repair/replacement of parts in exchange for defective part at no charge.
- Free unlimited priority phone support.
- Additional working days, if required, are available at a discounted daily field labor rate.
